About

Mindfulness helps us develop a new relationship with pain or chronic illness by:

  • interrupting the cycle of tension, reaction and suffering
  • replacing it with kindness, awareness and choice
  • remaining steady through life’s ups and downs

Breathworks Mindfulness for Health courses have helped people living with: Chronic Back Pain, Arthritis, Diabetes, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Cancer, Multiple Sclerosis, Neuropathy, Parkinson’s Disease and many other health conditions.

On the course, Manidha will guide you through exercises featured in the best-selling ‘Mindfulness for Health’ book by Vidyamala Burch and Danny Penman. These include:
breath awareness

  • ways to manage thoughts and feelings
  • mindfulness in daily life and pacing
  • body scans and other mindful meditations
